About me

Nice to meet you! My name is Laura Svites and I have B.F.A. in Graphic Design and Minor in Studio Art from James Madison University. This is my personal website, where you can find my rèsumè and current portfolio. I have been working in design, fine art and photography, which includes portraits, nature, events, and 35mm film. 

My style of design is clean and professional. I put emphasis on typography and sophisticated layouts. I am a perfectionist when it comes to consistency and alignment. I use design as a tool, not an end, in order to transform the world around me for the better. I call for design that has impact, design that is mindful, and design that opens minds. 

I demand more from design than just aesthetics, I design for good.
